According to Chuck Grassley, "What
makes a child gifted and talented may not always be good grades in school, but
a different way of looking at the world and learning." We all know that
having a happy discussion will make a student more active in class.
Happy Schools Movement was launched on May 20, 2019 at Vigan Convention Center (VCC) by the Department of Education (DepEd)-Region I.The purpose of this is to boost the efficient implementation of K to 12 basic curriculum on the Ilocos provinces. The theme is " Paaralang Masayang Maglingkod, Tagumpay ng Bata'y Itaguyod" which means that a school must have a healthy and happy environment to learn where everyone is enjoying also.
Last July, they had an exhibit at VCC where there are 14 booths with different subjects and themes. They showed a lot of things where they can encourage students to learn. They made unique ways and also showed attractive examples. We saw those things that made us happy. We encountered a lot of things. We were encouraged to pursue our dream. And also the Supreme Student Government of Ilocos Sur National High School prepared an intermission number that promotes the happy schools movement where they used the Happy Schools' jingle.
We should always find time for ourselves. We deserve a healthy and happy environment where we can express ourselves freely. We must be happy even if there are a lot of requirements. We must always have the courage to learn.
