Focus, Enjoy and Play with Your Heart

          Intramural is one of the biggest event for students especially to those student-athletes. This is the time where they can shine like the stars and actually exposing their skills in different sports.

          Ilocos Sur National High School celebrated intramurals last September 12-14, 2019 with the theme “Enhancing Happy Schools Movement through Sports and Dances”. There are a lot of activities during the event. They had the parade during the opening program. Some activities are fun bike and the morning Zumba which is open to all who are interested so almost everyone from grade 10 joined. Different clubs prepared booths like Message Booth, ChemLock Booth, Wedding Booth etc. The other students enjoyed watching different sports. And also the CAT Unit I of ISNHS was there to make the activities and the program more organized.

          Intramural is not for student-athletes only. It’s for everyone and for them to witness the skills of their schoolmates. It’s also a great way to meet other people, reconnect with friends, and continue playing sports you have grown to love and develop.

          Through sportsmanship and leadership, winning is not that important. The important thing is that you showed to everyone what you can do and they did their best. It’s not always about winning because if your goal is to win only, you will not be able to enjoy the game. Play the game from your heart and you’ll improve yourself and continue shining.
